I've been going here for months since it's so close, and convenient, to my shop. No matter who is working you get solid service, high quality food, and the bar won't be full if 5 people sit down. It's become my new lunch spot 3-5 times a week. Shout out to Heather, Chris, Ashley, and D!Posted on Google![]()

I was actually the customer mentioned in another review, and honestly this whole thing could have been handled a lot better. It was a simple mistake and all I was trying to do was get the fries I paid for and figure out why I was charged more than I expected. The bartender told me my meal was $47, so I gave him $50, and my mother was standing right beside me and heard the same thing. Later, when I asked for a receipt because the numbers weren’t adding up, he seemed upset that I wanted to check it for myself. Instead of just saying he forgot to put the fries on the order or that he gave me the wrong total, the situation got blown way out of proportion. He asked if I wanted my tip back and then slammed the tip money down on the bar. At that point, I took it back. I never raised my voice, yelled, or caused a scene. I was simply trying to understand why I was missing part of my order and why the charge didn’t make sense. Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but a simple apology and explanation would have gone a long way. After reading other reviews, I noticed similar complaints about the same bartender. Whether he’s the owner or an employee, customer concerns should be handled more professionally. What should have been an easy fix ended with me leaving feeling disrespected. Nice building though.Posted on Google![]()

I was disappointed with my experience. Around 6 PM on a Sunday, I witnessed the bartender, an older gentleman, being rude to a customer who calmly asked about his order and requested a receipt. The customer wasn’t yelling or causing a scene. He simply wanted to understand why he appeared to be overcharged and why he didn’t receive everything he ordered. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, the bartender became defensive and asked if the customer wanted his tip back. Even after the customer cleaned up his table, gathered his belongings, and left without causing any trouble, I overheard the bartender making additional comments that seemed unnecessary and disrespectful. It felt like he was trying to provoke the situation further. As for my own meal, it was not much better. The pizza was undercooked and disappointing. Based on what I witnessed, I would recommend that customers carefully review their receipts and orders before leaving. Overall, the customer service and food quality both fell short of expectations.Posted on Google![]()

I am in Northeastern person who loves New York style Pizza. And this place I've had the closest to New York Pizza that I have found in this area. The Pizza itself is really good. The location is cute and the staff are great. It has a nice vibe to it. I cannot wait to eat there again
